A delicate side of garnacha, no overripeness here, balance, with raspberries and bakery notes. Needs air. Beautiful Aragón

What a beauty! More ruby than inky in color, opaque with gorgeous nose of cherry, strawberry & rhubarb - perfectly ripe fruit with white pepper, Earth & dusty accents. Reminds me of some old vine Southern Rhône Grenache... silky suave lively acidity but not juicy. Spot on & exciting find from Aragon. $15 (on close out)

Lovely, seductive raspberry compote on the nose, with a pinch of baking spice and the fruit slightly dusty.
On the palate this is defined by vibrant, zingy acidity - red currant, tart raspberry, rhubarb. The tannins are add a fine crunch yet the fruit doesn’t quite fill in the frame leaving a feeling as if the wine was a bit disjointed and not quite there (yet?).

Dark ruby red, amazing aroma with ripe black raspberry and baking chocolate and spices. Light on the palate with tart raspberry and spice tingly acid, light lingering tannins. #gotm2020
