Lemons and limes. Reminds one of light Italian whites and cheaper CA Sauv Blancs. Goes down easy, but has some character. Good for a hot day at the pool. Lighter nose. Little lemon, not much to say about the aroma. Flavor is nice and tart. Gooseberry. Unsweetened gooseberry. Lemon peels. Maybe even lime peels. Easy. Bit like cheap CA Sauv Blanc. Or light Italian whites. Good in the heat by the pool.

Well balanced, 100% Viura, fresh, fruity & lightly floral, with crisp acidity in the finish. 12% abv. Serve lightly chilled, too cool and its a tad bitter with stainless notes.
