I feel like #sparkling #albariño could be very good in the near future but I feel they are somewhat too acidic and the mousse are yet to be delicate. This is one of the best I’ve tried.

This sparkler has intense bubbles and a nose of green apples, citrus and floral notes. On the palate, minerals abound. There’s a very nice acidity, with a creamy aspect on top of it. This wine will pair with any type of seafood, but try it with oysters.

A terrific sparkling wine from low yield vineyards (2.2 tons/acre), low dosage (7 g/l) and nine months on the lees to give a savory edge to the finish. Very crisp, excellent mousse. Peach, apple and a lively bit of mineral and herbaceousness. Terrific for a holiday aperitif, and a good value

Tasty but it has that unpleasant spanish sparkling wine industrial taste. I don’t know what’s up with that.

Never had a sparkling Albariño before. Creamy, lightly toasted almonds. Recognizable as Albariño, but would be really tough blind.
