50% Monatstrell, 30% Cabernet, 20% Grenache
Red Raspberry, blueberry, plum, floral, straw, graphite, pepper.
Needs 2 hour decant to start showing its best. Starts off tight, big fruit and big black notes, and eventually unwinds showing its layers. Fruit is plush and round, tannins are fine. Delicious now.

Needs 2 hour decant to start showing its best. Starts off tight, big fruit and big black notes, and eventually unwinds showing its layers. Fruit is plush and round, tannins are fine. Delicious now.

Aromas and flavors of cherry, licorice, plum, and raspberry. Medium body, with soft tannins and high acidity. The palate is tart, which suggests rather young fruit. Otherwise it makes for a good wine to pair with food. Blend of Monastrell (50%), Cabernet Sauvignon (30%), and Garnacha Tintorera (20%).

Delicious #yecla red blend of 50/30/20% #monastrell #cabernetsauvignon and #tintorera - nicely balanced, really opens up after a day or two in the wine fridge. Red/black fruit nose with compote and some pepper. That richness carries through in the mouth, pepper notes are robust, balanced acidity; soft tannins on the finish. Excellent QPR for $13 at Total Wine.
