Monastrell (65%) blended with Cabernet Sauvignon (20%) and Garnacha Tintorera (15%) Aromas of dark fruits and purple flowers. Flavors of black raspberry, bramble and graphite. Hint of green pepper (Probably from the Cabernet Sauvignon). Full bodied but balanced acidity (high altitude?) and silky tannins. Nice touch of oak. Pleasant surprise. — 4 days ago
Finally a Suckling wine I can agree with. Nice blend. The merlot adds a smoothness to the powerful Monastrell. — 3 days ago
It was good with cheese and biscuits fruit and prosciutto. It was less good with steak but still tasty. — 8 days ago
100% Monastrell/Mourvedre, 12.5% ABV I believe this is my first Rosado from Spain.
Super fresh, slight gas bubble noticeable on initial pour
Chilled - stoney mineral, grapefruit pith, clean & refreshing
Room temp - light berry and citrus on the nose, not so much on the palette.
Love the brand and packaging (labels, cut labels, glass stopper...)
