This medium bodied, semi transparent red wine consists of 40% Carignan, 20% Grenache, 20% Merlot, 15% Syrah and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon, which makes it a Franco-Españolas blend. The wine is fruit forward, not overly complex, pleasing and keeps the middle between a Priorat and a Bordeaux.

Jan 28th, 2022Delicious and delightful. If you enjoy a red that isn’t too light or sweet, this is easy on the palate. Full of flavor without being chewy or meaty. A dance on the tastebuds!

Jan 20th, 2019I’ve tried the 2013... which was a 9.3 though it was before I became a writer here. The ‘16 has some promise. It’s a bit heavy and acidic but has plenty of tannic backbone. I should have decanted it and let it aerate for a couple of hours.,As this later vintage ages, let’s see if it emerges to be the gem it’s older brother was! Drank with a very herbal and mid spicy veggie chile.
