Straw yellow with aromas of stone and citrus and fruit. The palate shows ripe fruit, apples and pears with slight spice good acidity and a creamy finish with a touch of oak. Great value. Tasting Sample.

Full of apple and pear flavors with a splash of citrus and a slight touch of butter. Very low on the oak. Paired nicely with Mediterranean food such as spanikopita, Israeli salad, and chicken shwarma.
