Super cool if you like a moscato style. This one is pure apricots and honey. Gave it a 9.0 based on the fact that it's from Nova Scotia. Novaaaa scotiaaaaaa.

I don’t know how to review this. Unreal. Salmon. How is this from Nova Scotia? Sweet. Yet dry. Sparking. Yet delicate. I haven’t had anything like this. Ever. So complex. Apricot. Peach.

A beautiful salmon pink colour, hibiscus, green strawberry, raspberry as well as a mineral note on the nose. Off dry with fantastic acidity and bubbles similar to an Italian frizzante. A definite crowd pleaser with enough complexity to entice wine aficionados. Gets me excited about what else they might have brewing in Nova Scotia... Quite a respectable finish too.

Pleasant aperitif. Moscato style presumably from Muscat grape, but varietals in blend not specified. A low alcohol (7.5), little sweet and little sparkling, fruit-forward wine.
