This is very good for CA SB. Some explosive and acidic tropical fruit (lots of lime) to go with the herbal SB notes. If you want a bold SB. this is for you

Grapefruit, dry grass, subtle. Pleasant, not distinct.

Drinks on our roof began with this Sauv Blanc. Bedrock are one of my favorite producers and this simple yet elegant, classically styled white went down very nicely.

Morgan's Sauv Blanc moves away from a single vineyard source this year and it benefits greatly. More depth and complexity than previous vintages - lemongrass, grapefuit, and loads of acidity. This was actually better on night 2.

This is a very well composed wine with plenty of fruit and florals hanging off a backbone of acidity. It’s pale gold with a nose of lychee, grapefruit rind and grass with more grapefruit, passion fruit, and floral notes on the palate. The ‘22 Sonoma Sauvignon Blanc is a strong entry in the Bedrock lineup at the lower end of their price points.

The ‘23 Sonoma Valley SB from Bedrock is a minimalist version both of the wine and CA SB in general. Pale gold with light notes of grapefruit and lychee on the nose. Crisp and light on the palate with citrus, melon rind and a hint of flintiness. Very good and very drinkable on release.
