The Upper Terrace Pinot Noir

So a delicious willamette Pinot. Light earth and well balanced

Nice acid and searing fruit. Extreme but good.

This one has a bit of a cultish following. Sour and stewed fruits on the nose. Lean raspberries, cherries and cranberries.

This wine is an absolute baby but it's still very impressive. Over the years I've come to expect BF wines to be backwards to reductive in their youth. since the 2011 vintage this doesn't seem to be the case anymore. The 2014 is pure and restrained with many layers. It's full of Oregon terrior without being overblown. It has a long life ahead of itself.

Blue and purple fruits with dusty tannins, good acidity, a touch of earth and an excellent finish. Needs a good decant today, indicating a good life ahead. 2014 vintage.

Really the first high-end Pinot Noir I’ve ever had

Dark raspberry, cola, orange oil and herbs. Nicely balanced with moderate structure that suggests 5-10 years of good drinking.

Purely Oregon Pinot

A delicious Pinot. Dark earthy . Pinot fruit taste tickles your mouth. Long finish. Just wonderful.

This is perfection. Find it, if you can, buy it, decant it, enjoy it.
