Traditional method, 100 % Sangiovese. Lovely clear strawberry color. Dry and medium plus acidity. Cranberry and cherry with bit of rose or violet floral notes and a nice mineral quality. Bubbles are a bit aggressive but all in all very enjoyable!

Brut Rosé vintage 2011 disgorged in 2012. 12,5% Made in Cortona from 100% Sangiovese grapes. Elegant shade of pink with good perlage. Good floral nose, quite intense. Nice in the mouth with the right acidity.

Mousserande sangiovese. Frukten drar åt körsbär, smultron, jordgubbe och blodgrape. Undertoner av viol, kanske lite åt hallonlakrits!? BUBS? Aja, trevlig fyllighet och bett.
