Band of Vintners
Consortium Cabernet Sauvignon
Blend of 83% Cabernet Sauvignon, 14% Merlot & 3% Cabernet Franc, aged in new oak, deep Ruby with aromas of berry fruit, spice, floral and vanilla notes. On the palate flavors of blackberry and currants with cedar, vanilla and cacao. Fine firm tannins, long finish ending with fruit, oak and sweet spicy mineral notes. Very nice, great value!

Nov 23rd, 2022Checking this out to see how it’s progressing. I liked it! Looking forward to trying with more age.

Oct 6th, 2022Super floral on the nose with notes of blackberry, dark chocolate and oak. Dark fruit flavors with a hint of baking spices. Hint of smoked meat. Lush, approachable and powerful. Primarily Cab with a bit of Merlot and Cabernet Franc. Great QPR for a Napa Cabernet Sauvignon. Solid!

Jun 12th, 2021I’m disappointed in this $35 wine. Not bad but I was expecting something better for the price.
