This is really good - I'm really diggin trocken (dry) rieslings.. all of the nuance of good Riesling without the sweetness. This wine in particular really shows the gorgeous flinty minerality, mint, and lime that the Rheingau is known for. Love it.

Selección especial de la bodega. VON UNSERM. Sorprende su aroma a taller, aceite, grasa contra su sabor en boca muy frutal y vivo. Impresionante descubrimiento por 15€ buenísima RCP.

blind tasting i was lost and guessing very good entry level chablis, but it's too rich, probably.
chamomile, honeysuckle, whole lime, lemon juice and some green 🍎 with white pepper and sea salt sprinkled on it.
cold it's delicious, warming up complexity arrives.

drinks lovely on it's own chilling and watching the dead sea. salty enough...
