Floral and bread on the nose followed by apple and pear on the palate. This sparkling wine was crisp and bone dry and also very delicious.

Off dry style. Deep pomegranate color, fizz steadily fast (medium speed), medium concentration of bubbles, medium viscosity (for sparkling wine).
Nose ripe of pommegranate, dark berries (cherries). In the palae mousse in pretty integrated to the wine (narrow cork similar to a min 3 years old disgorgement). Tannins matching intensity of berries aromas. Great acidity. Medium-bodied (+). Pas mal for juicy red meat, semi-soft cheese like zimbro.
