Wines Of Anarchy Organic Abruzzo Trebbiano

Nose of apple skin, white pepper, pear, minerals and a slightly toasty, biscuit note.

Palate of lemon peel, green apple, pear, spice, and a bit of yeastiness. Dry and crisp overall.

Really tasty pet nat. I love the interesting fruit character and balanced yeast notes.

This is the Vino Bianca Frizzante. Definite apple skin flavors. Decent, not great. 10.5% abv.

Opalescent with hues of copper gold. On the nose apple cider, yeast bread, and baked pears. On the palate it's not as sweet. You get dry mineral flavors with a touch of grannysmith apples. There is some smoke on the finish that adds complexity. Fairly dry not sweet but wishing it had a bit more acid.

The two Cirelli pet nats are Wines of Anarchy but I thought both were relatively complacent. Unremarkable - this Trebbiano is Prosecco like. Perfectly fine, but what’s the point. And are these really of Anarchy? Granny Smith Apple and lemons and not much more.
