Ciaböt del Fi Barbera d'Alba

This bottle shows a little too much ripe fruit. Still good but on the heavier side.

Savory and ripe at the same time. Great with stuffed pork chops.

Right in the middle of the Barbera spectrum. Not pale and red fruited, nor dark, oaky and purple. Typical soft tannins, high acid. All the concentration, purity and finesse Brovia is known for in a more affordable package than their Barolos.

Beautifully balanced in both structure and flavors... Medium bodied, soft tannins, mild extraction... Herbs, fruits and mineral all working harmoniously. 

Unique barbera aged in French oak. Great acidity with a touch of wood. Good pizza wine.
