Light and Mineral Assyrtiko
Delicious. Reminds us of an old school Chablis with some Sancerre notes. This is specifically from Macedonia btw.

Apr 24th, 2022An Assyrtiko that drinks like a Sauvignon Blanc. Unripe peach. Lime. Very slight saltiness. @Jason Keefer I went back to Greece!

Dec 25th, 2022Have not had an Assyrtiko in a long time, and this bottle serves to remind me how delightful Assyrtiko can be.
Refreshing and delicious. Lovely touch of saltiness and fresh cut grass. There is decent depth of flavor.
Assyrtiko from Santorini becomes more and more expensive now. This one from Naoussa Macedonia is still reasonably priced.
