Aged with plenty of caramel & toasty bread. Bosc pear with oxidation added some really interesting character. Body full, acid wasn't tight, to be expected for the vintage, rich mouth feel.

This is a delicious sparkler. 100% Pinot noir. Luscious with great bubbles, toasty on the palate and goes down well. Makes you want more.
