Aged with plenty of caramel & toasty bread. Bosc pear with oxidation added some really interesting character. Body full, acid wasn't tight, to be expected for the vintage, rich mouth feel.

When you receive gorgeous new champagne glasses you must immediately use them. Solid bubbly. Flavors of green apple and lemon.

This is a delicious sparkler. 100% Pinot noir. Luscious with great bubbles, toasty on the palate and goes down well. Makes you want more.
