This was unbelievable! Slight petrol, great weight in the mouth. When cold, the pop of acid is subtle. When it warms pink grapefruit rind, lime oil, a ton of texture, beautiful weight in something that seems like it should be ethereal the finish seams all this together into a chiseled acid finish. — 2 months ago
Time has been kind. Still some green apple, but also some marzipan and brioche. Full flavor and great phenolic texture. — 20 days ago
Lovely balance for ripeness and alcohol. The palate was light and elegant. When opened, nose driven by savory toast. Light notes of rose pedal and violet. After 24hrs with a lot of O2, a muted nose, palate slightly bitter and tannins very very fine. — 2 months ago

What a rollercoaster, biblical vintage, and drinking now it’s so interesting. Deft balance of acid and fruit and texture. Toss in a little VA and a whisp of EA and then mushroom forest floor and no apparent oak. Black and blue fruit and a focus of tannin in the finish with some depth of flavor. Can’t believe this vintage gave us this. — 20 days ago
Great aromatics, color, extraction and alcohol content, but my biggest question is why the finish was off-balance in the bitterness. May have been a specific bottle? — 3 months ago

Great fruit, soft, supple and only slightly slutty. — 20 days ago
