Dec 3rd, 2022Nose has orange creamsicle, fresh green apple peel, cold bread dough and under-ripe green pear.
Palate has under-ripe pear, apple croissant, lime zest, lime wedge, lingering acidity with dry finish.
A solid wine, but I'll wait out future bottles until at least a 20th birthday, improvement hoped for... 🤞
65% Pinot Noir / 35% Chardonnay; Disgorged June 2015
Seems a little CO2 heavy, but I think our palates have changed from appreciating this style since our last bottle ~4Y ago.

Sep 2nd, 2022On the Lawn for Sting tonight!
Very cool apple note, some tonight mistook this as a Sekt, that's cool. 65% Pinot Noir & 35% Chardonnay.
Too young, need to revisit in 3-4 years.
(Super gulp-able now.)
