Deep ruby purple. Muted oceanic nose with seaweed and ozone. Delicate, fruit driven palate entry with tart plum and bitter skin. Sort of yum, yum baby fat fruit here. Medium body, medium acid, medium alc. Tannins are light and fine. Not complex but delicious.

Clear dark purple red. Inviting nose and medium palate of tart black cherry, weak tea, and a hint of tarry earth. Medium plus acidity; very low tannins. A wee bit New World for my taste but that’s to be expected at this price point. Definitely still a Burgundy, though, and a perfect match for just about any meal from the Old World or the New. Drink now through 2028.

A nose full of intoxicating aromas of mushroom, Forrest Floor, vanilla and violets. Red and black berry flavors with a toasty note. A savory wine with beautifully rounded tannins. Deep red color. Elegant with perfect structure. Classic red Burgundy!
