Wine, where have you been all my life? New student of wine after years of missing out. WSET 2.
2014. Lots of strong black cherry, raspberry, but also a medicinal note. Assertive tannins. Unruly.
It was great with my dark chocolate though. — 9 days ago
Drinkable. Nothing interesting here. — 17 days ago
Love this with my plate of cheeses. Honey and apricots. Beautiful golden color. — 3 days ago
2014. Cranberry juice. — 6 days ago
Rating again. I can drink this wine. But there is an almost medicinal dominating theme, like the raspberry cough medicine I had as a child. No tannins that I would expect from a cab. Not much acidity either. Disappointing. — 17 days ago
2015. Wonderful peachy-vanilla nose. Tasted also a bit of lime. Purchased when I was told that this was one of the last white Bordeaux wines by winemaker Denis Dubourdieu, intriguing story so I had to try it. — 11 days ago
