This is a model of restraint. The nose is delicate, offering plums, blackberries, spices, and the lightest hint of tobacco.
The palette is subtle and plush. Tannins are still somewhat ripe. Texture is silky. Finishes lifted with warm spice and sweet oak. This is a classic. If fruit-bombs aren't your style, take a look at this example. Absolutely stunning.

Very aromatic with red fruit-cherry and ripe strawberry. Plum. Eucalyptus, cinnamon,nutmeg, anise. Perfume and violet. M+ acid, body and tannin. Fruit forward and rich but lean on the palate. Long finish. Excellent!
