Feb 2nd, 2024Classic, restrained Meursault nose - yellow fruit, lemon peel, a hint of green hazelnut, just a touch of wood. Fresh & precise. Taugt.
On the palate this shows depth & precision and yet this is all a really nice Meursault, just not in name.
Love the tension & balance. And the really long, fresh, light yet persistent finish.
A brilliant ‘simple’ Bourgogne Blanc.
Classic, restrained Meursault nose - yellow fruit, lemon peel, a hint of green hazelnut, just a touch of wood. Fresh & precise. Taugt.
