Only white wine sent from Andis Wines. Colorful nose and very inviting. Coated in guava, sweet tropical fruits and papaya. Moderate acidity (6/10) and light bodied. Lots of white peaches, wet grass and a bit of minerality. Moderate length finish and a bit of sweetness. Tried to see if the sharpness would level out on day two, but sharpness only got stronger. Drink till 2018.

Fabulous! We had it with a chicken andouille gumbo, and it was wonderful. The next day we had it with shrimp in a spicy cream sauce, and it also worked perfectly. Yum!
