If I tasted this blind I could have sworn it was a Bordeaux. This #pasorobles #merlot is special - laid back fruit, pronounced acidity, earthy spice with some coffee, pepper and a faint bit of licorice. Nice wine if you’re like me and really prefer the Old World style.

Medium bodied and medium tannins. Flavors of plum, tart cherry, mocha and cinnamon. Not an over-powering Merlot.
