Pours apple in color. Aromas of smoke, plum and cigar. Aroma of a heavily toasted barrel. Flavors of plum and dark berries along with cigar. A slight acidic bite. Medium + body. As for the finish the Flavors dissipate quickly but the acid stays longer

Poised & balanced with great freshness. Juicy black fruit, with some iron, blood & fresh turned earth in the background. Surprisingly light.
On the palate this is juicy, joyful, fresh with tart cherry acidity, some stony minerality and great freshness. Delicious with grilled meat.
