Light yellow color with transparent tone on the rim. Nose of beautiful green apple, butter, and a bit pineapple. Very pleasant. Taste of roasted nuts, round acidity and sweetness, hidden zest, a bit salty bacon, and nutty cream wrapping the tongue. Aftertaste of sweetness with a bit hot spice and zest. A bit short but overall it is a nice bottle.

Pours blonde in color. ON THE NOSE: butter, caramel, Apple. ON THE PALATE: green apple, butterscotch. Medium body medium(+) finish.

Tangerine, pear, orange blossom, subtle vanilla on the nose, very pleasant and inviting. Medium acidity that raises when the temperature decreases, balance with fruit beautifully, medium body and round. Long lasting with a hint of Creme brûlée and orange pith. 3 years in the bottle has done this wonders. If anything, a touch high alcohol .
