Complex and a touch funky, swirl and sip slowly. The nose mixes wet rocks, onion skins and citrus, with the palate pulling more citrus, pear, white pepper and almost some florals. Almost messy but enticing. Like me.

Stone fruit, honeysuckle, intense minerality and perfectly integrated acid.

The golden tint is lovely and the nose is a beautiful scent of apricot and Meyer lemon. Minerality is rampant in the aromas and a whiff of smoke lingers. The acidity is brilliant, the mouthfeel is full and the peach and apple flavors are pure. This is a Pinot Grigio for people who don't like Pinot Grigio.

Hardly your average PG - weighty, minerally, biodynamic.

2022 vintage.
Demeter certified Biodynamic methods of viticulture.
Grown in stony, sandy soils with high content of limestone.
Vines are between 13-32 years of age.
Straw yellow with pink highlights.
Dry but with fruity flavours of peach, melon and yellow flowers.
A bit spicy with a slight peach pit bitterness on the finish.
This wine also spends 9 months on its lees to give round mouth feel on the finish.

This wine is a much more complex Pinot Grigio than typical. It has a mix of fruit flavors including peach and citrus that are not typical of most Pinot Grigios. A top quality Pinot Grigio.

Hay, tight color. Promissing nose with strong terroir and lemon. The taste corresponds but kind of lets you down, since one expects these to remain strong, however, acidity takes dominance. Not bad by any standards, just looked more promising. After taste is fresh, gentle but short. Generally a very pleasant wine.
