A blend of 50% Chardonnay & 50% Pinot Blanc, pale lemon with aromas of ripe stone fruits, floral and toasty oak notes. On the palate ripe apple and pear with slight citrus tang. Long finish ending with cedar, sweet spice and mineral character. Very nice, just starting to drink well.

This 50-50 blend of Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay is now eight years old and shoes a lot of oxidative qualities. A fair amount of buttery, lactic notes detract from the initial impression - it has citrus and golden apple aroma and flavors but wants more acidity. Stony minerality on the medium finish.
