A blend of 45% Pinot Meunier and the rest split between Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. This wine has zero grams of residual sugar and you can’t get a champagne any drier than this one. Nice fruity nose with flavors of stone fruits, lively acidity, crisp yet rich. Lingering finish with intense mineral ending. Let this age, it just gets better. Tasting Sample.

Chewy and interesting. Great depth to the dryness. Tastes like a good dose of reserve wine

Yeasty brioche nose. Tart Apple flavors (in a crisp good way). Mouth watering finish. Let it warm up in your glass. Bub club

Tight, bright, big acid, linear simplicity with a bit of funk.

Brut, not too austere, fine; length exquisite, acid deftly handled, lemony tang.

Probably my favourite from the line up of champagnes that I tasted from AR Lenoble. Light straw coloured. Bouquet opens if you let it breathe. Linear and clean in the mouth yet not too austere without the dosage. Loveliest champagne to have on the Eurostar back to London. Would be excellent with some jamon. Fantastic champagne. €29 from Le Bon Marche. Wines came from the 2012 vintage with a minimum of 35% coming from their reserves. Bottled 1st quarter 2013.
