#VegaSicilia #Unico #1994 This is officially my favorite bottle of wine that I've ever tasted. Black Cherry, Tangy Blackberry, Cassis, Clove, herbaceous, Big Acidity, endlessly layered. It almost changed with each sip over the course of 2 hours. Became spicier as it opened up in the decanter. This wine has a long life ahead of it still...
