#SundaySupper Clean, mean and downable. 1 liter! @jetsetd @socialsf — 10 years ago
A light, bright, and fresh nose of pineapple, ripe Bosc pear, lemon curds, and fresh oyster mushrooms. Bright acidity greets the palate, heavy with ripe lemons, with a stony mid-palate which gives way to a long, saline finish. A more exciting pinot Blanc, especially since it has some age to it. #sundaysupper — 10 years ago
Pairing this deliciously rustic Bordeaux with a short rib stew. What's your #sundaysupper pairing? — 10 years ago

Medium bodied. Nose initially was very vegetal (mushroom) then over time the nose became somewhat Pinot noir like with fruit starting to show. Blackberries, raspberries, tomato, herbs and minerality. Very acidic on the palette and a quick finish with sour candy characteristics. No noticeable tannins. #sundaysupper — 10 years ago
#sundaysupper and this was singing with veal chop in a porcini sauce. Dried rose petals, tobacco, dust, dried cherry and cranberries with mushrooms. Tannins are there but pleasant with a decent acid kick. — 10 years ago

This is a "second bottle" wine - where it's unfathomable it won't go on forever. Admittedly, this could cellar for a few years to do it justice, but it stood the test with porchetta and whole-roasted cauliflower for #sundaysupper. Graci is a rockstar. — 9 years ago
