Medium bodied. Nose initially was very vegetal (mushroom) then over time the nose became somewhat Pinot noir like with fruit starting to show. Blackberries, raspberries, tomato, herbs and minerality. Very acidic on the palette and a quick finish with sour candy characteristics. No noticeable tannins. #sundaysupper
