Big primitivo from Manduria grown on sandy soil! Smells almost maderized as it goes from jammy plum and raspberry to prickly pear and jalepeño jam with a twisted soy brininess emanating cedar and ripe heat! Full-bodied sasparilla reduction with a blanket of dried blackberry soaked in cola and then reduced. Over-browned coffee cake comes to mind, if the burnt sugars manifested drily with a cinnamon stick and plum reduction indelibility.
