Vintage 2012 / very rich for a Muscadet, probably because it is made from ‘vignes centenaires’ (old vines, more than 100 years old). The smell is a mix of minerality and quince. Soft attack, fine acidity with citrus impression. Perfect balance. It is a shame that #muscadet is underrated. Beautiful #loirewine for hot days. #melondebourgogne — 6 years ago
