Tar and roses are prominent. Fresh cut herbs. Still tight. Saved a glass for tomorrow. Even better after a day. More of the licorice started showing. Awesome

This seems great to drink now. Less astringent Nebbiolo with higher acid profile suggesting citrus flavors that I didn’t get. Still learning Nebbiolo. This one: delicious
