Found marked down at the local no-frills discount liquor dump. Can’t think of too many $19 whites with this kind of class; oyster shells and wet stones. Plenty of richness without being funky or overly leesy. Tremendous length. #muscadetsevreetmaine #pépière

New vintage (2016) only serves to confirm my opinion... "one of the worlds greatest wine producers". Can a wine be subtle and serious at the same time... ABSOLUTELY!! Once you let you mind calm down and prepare to hear it's voice, this is very very impressive....thank you for making it.

This one is still developing nicely :Salinity, lemons, a bit hay, waxy(?) and pure mineral impression.

Apr 16th, 2021First go on a pepiere ever, I like sour wines, excited! White fruits, lemon, but grassy, saltiness, high acidity, bitterness and minerality. Good complexity and pretty long finish. A small oxidative note or am I mistaking..?
