Tough to beat for balance of elegance and rustic appeal...garnet with a touch of copper, smokey dusty cherries, rose petal, plum, spice cake. I like the Beaujolais comparison but this has a bit more power and body

The colour has the evidence of a developing wine. Complex aromas of cherries, figs and a hint of leather. Notes of sour cherries, red plums, maraschino cherries and figs on the palate. Lovely acidity that cuts through the layers of drying fruit. It has the perfect balance between fresh and dry fruit for my taste right now.

Black cherry, orange rind, leather, med+ acid, fine tannin, lots of sediment

Nose of red Forrest fruits, very lovely. Palate with a strong acid backbone and same red fruits dancing around it. Very long and subtle palate that ends with a long finish full of grace and fruits. Very burgundy like! Love it

Great wine with pizza. Opens up nicely and very smooth
