Tight but classy. After an hour or so the 2015 Forman started opening up a bit. Leather and tobacco. Mid weight but with an intensity that sustains for minutes after a sip. Delicious.

Forman’s 2015 has really shut down, which is is so atypical for this vintage. I won’t be opening another bottle anytime soon. What a wine. So pure, so classic and so gorgeous...Tasted during our St. Helena & Conn Valley Vinous Learn masterclass. 96+

Never disappoints. Exquisite. Elegance with dark red fruit and slight hint of bell pepper. Paired with grilled tri tip.

The last wine was 2016. This is ‘15 and very intense rich dark fruit. The tasting and cave experience is excellent. Hard to get in. We carry at Capitol Cellars so they invited us in. Very good experience 🍷🍷🍷🍷
