A nicely rounded wine with plenty of salinity, yellow apple, citrus peel, and apricot, moving through medium acidity and a soft finish. Good pairing with blackened cod and corn salsa

The benchmark in Friuli for this variety. Subtle, saline, complex. Elegant, as always. I believe this is a proprietary clone that doesn’t develop candied, chemical aromas & flavors. Well-made, like all RDC wines. #ribollagialla #friuli

Hits ways above its price point. Bruised apple and apricots with a core of citrus fruit. Weighty, but with lots of good acid. I’m always impressed with this producer.
