Bright and zesty. Lemon oil, some reduction and lifted fruit. Good acidity and some stones, with whiffs of unsmoked and great structure. Very good.

A touch under 2 years since my last btl. Maybe I didn't give 2015 Jobards enough credit; this hasn't really budged since my last note, but maybe a bit more tropical...still lovely density and such depth. Yum, fantastic.

Buttery nose but not overwhelmingly so when you taste it. Medium acid. Nice salinity. Notes of burnt sugar.
