Eindelijk eens een mooie witte van Chateau Carbonieux. Elegant en subtiel gelaagd. Nu heel erg fijn. Wacht niet te lang; eerdere jaargangen waren steeds erg snel over de kop.

After tasting the ‘13 vintage last year, this ‘15 had a lot more to offer; citric fruits, green apple, some herbaciousness and minerality. There is obvious oak and and high acidity. It has a long finnish and great intensity of flavours. Really well made classic white Bordeaux.
