2013. Scent of jasmine and lemon peel. Notes of pear, green apple skin, apricots. Has fresh acid and minerality at the finish. So good and reminded me of Chablis. Turns out I like Chardonnay after all! Want to try more of the Judgment of Paris wineries.

This is the best Chardonnay I’ve ever had. It tastes like crisp pears with a little bit of melon.

Green apples, lemon and oak; pleasing, pale yellow color- a nice compliment to my lobster tails.

Light golden color, medium body; citrus, apple, pear. Typically Napa Chardonnay not my fave but no big oak/buttery smack here at all.

適度な酸と高すぎない糖度のバランスが良く、全体的にミネラル感が感じられる。パリテイスティング1位なだけある！
Floral notes on the nose, smooth, easy sipping. Subtle flavors of crisp pear and green muskmelon. After breathing for an hour, a lovely oaky finish erupted. (Grilled, stuffed mushrooms, kielbasa bites, grilled asparagus, vegetable cruets on the lanai w/ an early summer sunset.)
