Granit 30 Cornas Syrah

Steely blackberry and black cherry have a wonderful crystalline lightness to them with gorgeous acidity and wet chalkboard minerality with the faintest of tannins. Lovely.

More primitive style of Northern Rhone, but more accessible than its predecessors. Savory, meaty, and leathery with purple flowers and trying to smell like black olives. Plenty of acidity and great balance.
