Needs time but excellent.

An off bottle. Not corked but I think oxidized. When you taste through it there’s good underneath. What a shame

Magnum. Way too young for Lafarge let alone a mag. But this might be one of 2 or 3 times I'll ever get to drink it so.....
If you have some, hang on to it. If you're looking to buy some, do it.

Let this open up for about an hour and you'll be rewarded. Stunning. Minerality that just builds and builds.

Somewhat muted notes of raspberries, flowers, and cinnamon. I wine that seems to be peaking but is nevertheless representative of its terroir. Excellent

I realize this wine is held in high regard; however , this is very dark and extracted yet never really yields. 2nd day, the wine has not improved with advanced tomato-tar aromas and abundant tannins.

This had drying tannins on the finish that ruined it for me. Disappointing.
