Pretty evolved, going by color alone it looks past it, but sweet, ripe fruit, lovely flavors, mature, time to drink.

Damn, color makes this look dead, dead, dead, but oh no, this is moderately sweet, it really reminds me of sweet baked apples with some light cinnamon sprinkled on, this is the WHOLE dessert, complex, long, lovely sweet Chenin Blanc!!
