Red fruit (raspberry, cranberry, strawberry) on the tart side. Refreshing med/strong bubbles, med/short finish. Nice. SS

Some tasty stuff, great acidity and some good structure from the blend. Not very yeasty, this almost reminds me of a savory fruity dessert like like quince with salty crackers and a whiff of herbs on top.

Strawberry compote and graham crackers. Pleasant but not too complex.

A crisp brut rose. Nice cranberry, green apple skins and underripe strawberry. A vinous finish.

Fantastic! One of the best, if not the best rose champagnes I've ever tasted. Fruit forward but so much complexity in the fruit profile; rather than the typical watermelon and strawberry, I get strawberry plus fig, plum, date, pomegranate. Plenty of rose petal scent and taste. Even a little lime, chamomile, and chalkiness. If you find a bottle of this, don't hesitate!

Cool strawberries and cranberries follows dampened scents of yeast and crushed flowers. Medium acidity. Medium effervescence. Would of said its extra dry or even a sec, though it's labeled a brut. Requisite cheese and crackers complimented this fine Champagne as expected.
