Sauternes Sémillon-Sauvignon Blanc Blend

Rollercoaster of orange, pineapple, tangerine, grapefruit, clementine and clove. Sweet almond notes intertwine with honeysuckle, honey, bee pollen and mixed marmalade. Orange marmalade prevails on the palate with poached pear and nectarine, quince and beeswax. Excellent in all ways.

Exceptional. Golden raisin with very light touch of melon, lime and honeysuckle

375ml. My favorite Sauternes, but still need to try more. Lovely balance of caramel and peaches. Great texture and depth, but not overtly in your face either. Long finish.

This is lovely now, but needs a lot of time to show the breed that is currently hidden by masses of nectarine, peach, and tropical fruits. Revisit in 10-14 years to see how it's developing, or drink sooner for sheer hedonistic fruit.

Maybe the wine went bad but horrible after taste.
