I love Beaux Freres but this bottle was not what I had hoped. Uninteresting and that’s not the usual profile for Upper Terraces. It might have been either the wine is a little old or my taste buds. I’ll try again tomorrow☘️🇮🇪🍀

A treat for myself after cooking for my family. Tart cherry, leather, cedar and spice. Fairly firm tannins. Not dry, but not quite as silky as I had thought it would be. Wish I had opened a while before drinking, but didn’t want to share!
